I got the session with Lewis as a gift from my fiancée, and I have to say it was worth every penny!
I had no expectations or specific requests in mind, so I wasn't sure what exactly to tell Lewis to work on. We had a quick chat about where my tension tends to be and some other muscle aches I tend to have, and based on what Lewis did that was enough to give him exactly what he needed! He got every knot out quickly and without too much pain (not a pain to worry about).
I felt a bit sore the day after, but I was told that was to be expected, so I definitely don't blame Lewis for it. I also felt very loose the next few days.
Overall, a 5/5 experience, very professional! I will be back!

I recently booked a 90-minute deep tissue massage with Lewis to help relieve tension and tightness in my lower back, legs and shoulders, and I honestly couldn’t recommend him enough.

From the start, Lewis took the time to properly understand what I needed from the session. He asked about my previous experience with massage therapy, what areas were causing me the most discomfort, and what I wanted to get out of the treatment. That instantly made me feel relaxed and reassured that I was in good hands.

I’ve had massage therapy before through physiotherapists, but this session felt completely different. It was thorough, professional, and properly tailored to what my body needed. I also booked a 90-minute session and got the full 90 minutes, which is something I’ve not always experienced elsewhere.

Four days later, and after two gym sessions, I can genuinely feel the difference. I’m moving more freely, I feel less tight, and the tension I had been carrying in my lower back, legs and shoulders has noticeably eased.

Lewis clearly knows what he’s doing, and the whole experience felt professional, personal and worthwhile. I’ll definitely be booking again.
